Privacy Policy
Last updated August 22, 2026
High Bluff Holdings LLC, doing business as High Bluff Logistics ("High Bluff", "we", "us"), operates highblufflogistics.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We serve business customers. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a capability statement, ask for a quote, or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, company, email, phone, and details about your freight such as lanes, volumes, commodity, and timing.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. We do not receive personally identifying data from Analytics.
- Advertising measurement. If you reach us through a Google Ads campaign, Google records that the visit led to a form submission so we can measure whether our advertising works. This is done through a conversion imported from Google Analytics. We do not serve third-party advertising on this site.
- Email and business records. If you become a customer, we keep the correspondence, quotes, shipment records, and billing records needed to perform and account for the work.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To arrange, track, and invoice freight services you engage us for.
- To measure and improve the site and our advertising.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and insurance obligations that apply to a licensed freight broker and logistics provider.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do the work: carriers, warehouses, and service partners handling your freight; service providers that host our site, email, forms, and records (including Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Netlify, and Amazon Web Services); and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
Google API Services
Where High Bluff uses Google APIs, including the Google Ads API and Google Workspace APIs, that use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use these APIs only to manage our own advertising account and our own business records. Data obtained through Google APIs is never sold, never used for advertising by third parties, and never used to build profiles unrelated to the service you asked for.
Cookies and analytics choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without cookies; forms still submit.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become business are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Customer, shipment, and billing records are kept as long as required by transportation, tax, and insurance rules, typically seven years.
Security
Form submissions travel over HTTPS. Records are stored with access limited to people who need them. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@highblufflogistics.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
